As part of our gratitude, we are pleased to provide your family a Thanksgiving pie at the event.
This year's flavors are:
When you RSVP, you'll be able to reserve your household's pie and let us know whether you plan to join us for the afternoon, dinner, or simply stop by for pickup.

Event Schedule
12:00pm – 4:00pm
Cider Social + Pie Pickup
Stop in for hot cider, fall treats, conversation, and pie pickup in an open-house setting.
4:00pm – 7:00pm
Dinner + Pie Pickup
Stay for our cozy buffet-style fall dinner with soups, salads, breads, seasonal refreshments, wine, and beer.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food options will be available.
Please notify us if you have any dietary restrictions.

Please RSVP by Tuesday, November 10
Whether you'll be joining us for dinner, stopping by during the afternoon, or simply picking up your pie, we ask that you please RSVP by November 10.
When you RSVP, we'll ask when you expect to stop by. This is not a reservation or appointment time. It simply helps us plan catering and event flow of guests throughout the day.
You'll also reserve the flavor of Thanksgiving pie you'd like when you RSVP. You must RSVP to have a pie available for pick up.

Do I need to RSVP if I'm only picking up a pie?
Yes. If you would like a pie, you must RSVP and reserve your flavor by November 10.
How many pies may I reserve?
We are happy to provide one pie per household.
Can I pick up my pie before the event begins?
We plan our bakery pickup around the start time of the event. Pie pickup begins at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24.
Can you hold my pie?
Due to the small amount of cold storage available at our office, and the holiday week, we are not usually able to hold your pie passed 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 24.
What about construction and parking?
The city construction in front of our building is expected to be completed before the event.
If our lot is full at your arrival, we recommend parking on nearby residential streets such as 1st Street SW or 18th Ave SW. In those cases, a short walk of 1–2 blocks may be required. City guidelines allow street parking after 4:00 PM.
Can I drop off my party at the door?
You are welcome to drop off your party at the door. If you have mobility needs, valet assistance can also be arranged. Please pull up to the entrance and speak to the bar (skip the line!) and our staff will be happy to help.
Please keep it slow when passing our front door in your vehicle, as foot traffic may be high.
