With 25+ years of financial industry experience, her dedication to client service developed from her earliest years in the industry. Starting at a large corporation, she observed first-hand the need for a less institutionalized and more client-focused approach to financial planning. In 2006, she set out to start a practice founded on the notion that practical knowledge and skill-building in personal finance are critical to a client's ability to act confidently when faced with a financial decision.

In 2008, Szablis founded Full Circle Financial, coming together with advisors who shared the vision of clear communication and personalized support - acknowledging every client’s life and situation is unique, and deserves personalized attention.
